Welcome to the Sewing Palette

-- a site for collectors and casual admirers of vintage sewing patterns, hot iron embroidery transfers, and other old paper items related to needlework. It's a user-friendly site run by some folks who have a serious pattern-collecting habit.

Part of this site is reference, put together from study of our personal collection and far too much time surfing the web for scraps of information (and perhaps a pattern or two to buy). Reference articles will expand as time permits.

The rest of the site offers an assortment of vintage patterns, needlework magazines from our personal collection for sale online. Although we're paring down our collection quite a bit, once they're gone, they're gone.
