• What's on the hot iron transfer sheet:
  One Three Little Kitten have found their mittens motif. A mirror image pair of the bear cubs on a swing; bunnies; puppies, and baby elephants. Two open floral wreathes with ribbons; two floral heart wreathes with ribbons (Baby, Honey) and one plain heart and ribbon motif (Darling). Other motifs feature birds -- three of a border featuring three chicks in cross stitch -- plus six single chicks; six different baby bird motifs (three use Sweetheart or Honey Boy, plus three tiny flying bird motifs.
  
  
• Techniques used:
  Basic embroidery stitches (outline, satin, lazy daisy, french knot). Baby chick border done in stamped cross stitch.
  
  
• Uses and options:
  The Three Little Kittens motif is quite large (about 12 inches by 20 inches) and suitable for a crib quilt, carriage cover, or nursery picture. Most of the smaller motifs are in the 3 inch range -- just the right size to decorate bibs and layette items or other clothing for small tots. The wreath and ribbon motifs would also work well for hankies or lingerie.
