1950s suit dress pattern Simplicity 4089 in misses size 18 (bust 36); © 1950s. Short sleeves give you a dress while the long-sleeve version appears more like a suit. There are pocket welts on the hip darts and the blue jcket is shown with contrasting trim on collar and cuffs. This printed pattern is still in factory folds. Envelope is in above average condition
